Keyonte George looks ready to take another leap, and this number feels a step behind his role. The Jazz handed him the franchise keys after a breakout season where he averaged 23.6 points per game, and the matchup couldn't be much better to start the year. Memphis ranked near the bottom of the league defensively last season, struggled against opposing guards, and already saw George torch them for 39 points in this building. He cleared this line in both meetings with the Grizzlies last year, averaged 31.5 points against them, and now enters the season with a stronger supporting cast that should create even cleaner scoring opportunities. With his minutes, shot volume, and offensive responsibility all firmly locked in, I like his chances to get Opening Night started with a statement performance.
