Honestly, I think this is the perfect bounce-back spot for Barkley. He only had six carries last week β his lowest of the season β and you know Sirianni wonβt let that happen again. The Giants are allowing over 5 yards per carry and rank near the bottom in run defense.
To be fair, Barkley hasnβt been explosive like last year, but the touches have been there almost every game. With the Eagles coming off a loss and playing on a short week, I really like how this sets up for a ground-heavy game plan. Barkley should get fed early and often, especially against his former team.
Iβm keeping it simple tonight β volume, revenge angle, and a soft run defense. Thatβs all I need.
